Shipping policy

Orders ship from our store at 2517 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, Tennessee. We currently ship within the United States only.

What we ship

Glass water pipes, rigs, bubblers and hand pipes, rolling trays, storage, LED neon signs, apparel, and non-electronic smoking accessories. Every product we sell is intended solely for use with tobacco and other lawful smoking products.

What we do not ship

Age requirement on every order

By placing an order you certify that you are at least 21 years of age. We verify age before fulfillment and may require an adult-signature-on-delivery service at the carrier. Orders that fail age verification are cancelled and refunded in full.

State and local restrictions

Some states, counties and municipalities restrict the sale or delivery of smoking accessories. You are responsible for knowing the laws that apply where you live. If we determine that an order cannot lawfully be shipped to your address, we will cancel it and refund you in full. We reserve the right to decline any order for this reason.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are confirmed by text or email before anything is charged or shipped, so we can verify availability.
• Confirmed orders ship within 1–3 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking.
• Glass is double-boxed and padded. High-value pieces are insured in transit.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives broken, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

Free local pickup

Every item can be picked up free at the store. We will text you when your order is ready — bring a valid government-issued ID showing you are 21 or older.

Sales tax

Sales tax is collected on orders as required by Tennessee law.

Returns & refunds

• 30-day returns. Unused items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Used items cannot be returned. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been used.
• Return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or transit damage. We recommend insuring returned glass; items damaged on the way back to us cannot be refunded.
• Defects. Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
• Refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Age policy

Federal law sets a minimum age of 21 for the sale of tobacco and vapor products, and Tennessee law imposes the same requirement. New Wave Smoke & Vape sells only to adults 21 and older — in store, online, and by phone or text.

• This website is intended for adults 21+ and presents an age confirmation before entry.
• All orders are age-verified before fulfillment.
• In-store and pickup customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
• We refuse every sale where age cannot be verified, and we do not sell to anyone we believe is purchasing on behalf of a minor.

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address if shipping, and the contents of your order. If you contact us by text or phone, we keep that correspondence to service your order.

What we store in your browser

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your age confirmation and the items in your order list. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you choose to send an order.

How your information is used

• To confirm, fulfill and ship your orders, including sharing your address with the delivery carrier.
• To verify your age, which may involve a third-party age-verification service.
• To process payment through our payment processor. We never store full card numbers on our own systems.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above and where the law requires.

• Pricing and availability. Prices shown are manufacturer's suggested retail prices. Inventory changes daily; an order is accepted only when we confirm availability with you, and nothing is charged before confirmation.
• Order refusal. We may cancel and refund any order — including where we cannot verify age, where shipment would violate applicable law, or where we suspect purchase for resale to minors.
• Product variations. Glass is often handmade; color and pattern may vary from photos.
• Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
